    Myn Pikkewyn (Afrikaans for: "Mine Penguin") is a family-friendly fun board game where fish-hungry penguins help you to mine gold nuggets from a floating iceberg

    Myn Pikkewyn is a fun strategy board game for 1-4 players, ages 7+ with the aim of mining bronze, silver and gold resource nuggets from a floating ice berg, not too far off Cape Town's coast. Four happy penguins are your workers to dig tunnels deep into the ice berg and fresh yummy fish your oh-so-slippery currency.

    Myn Pikkewyn might look simple and kiddy-like from the outside, but you'll be surprised at the amount of strategy in the game. To out-smart your opponents, you'll have to balance all the various facets of the game by maximizing each single allowable action during your turn.

    Choose one of the following four actions during your turn to play:
    1) Play Action Cards.
     - You may play any number of action cards, from your hand onto the table in front of you, to receive their benefits.
    2) Send out your penguins to work.
     - Take any amount of penguins from your player board and place them onto footprint placeholders on the board - either to fish or to mine.
    3) Buy more cards.
     - By paying with fish from your player board, you may buy a maximum of 3 cards;
       either tunnel cards from the stacks on the board,
       or already-played action cards from other players.
    4) Call your penguins back.
     - Bring any amount of your penguins on the board back to their igloos on your player board.
     - If a penguin was out mining, bring that resource token back, along with your penguin, and place it onto your player board. Then, place a tunnel card onto that spot in the ice berg to form a continuous tunnel to dig deeper into the ice berg.
    Remember to take 2 fish per penguin you have at the fishing spot at the beginning of your turn. (this does not count as an action.)
